The Call

So here I was, yet again wasting my time in front of the computer, when suddenly, my cellphone rings. It was not registered in my phonebook, so I thought it was a company (Accenture perhaps).

So I answered it, and to my surprise, it was-- FITNESS FIRST! Hayop ka Jamie!! Nirefer mo ko, tapos hindi mo man lang sa akin sinabi!! WAHAHAHA! Lech. So this guy gave me the sales pitch about Fitness First, where do I live, have I been to any Fitness First, blah blah. He asked me if I was available this afternoon so that he could tell me the programs available, blah blah blah. Of course I said no! Heck! And then he asked me when I would be available. I didn't know what to say, but my mouth just blurted out, "Next week." And then he said he'll follow up next week, blah blah blah.

WHAT THE!! LANGYA KA JAMIE!! IKAW MAGBAYAD NG MEMBERSHIP KO!! =))

Anyway, yesterday, my sister, mom, and I went to SM Southmall to buy stuffs. As it was the last day of the 3-day sale, the place was pouring with people. In an hour, my feet hurt already. I wasn't able to buy anything except a new pair of disposable contact lenses. Since it was sale, the shop gave me and my sister (she also bought a pair) a travelling pack for the contact lenses, complete with solutions and the lens container. Coolness.

We also checked Globe's plans cos my sister was planning on getting a new phone. N70. But she couldn't afford it yet, so we checked the other shops. And I saw this fantastic brochure of my most loved cellphone (for now), N93. Gaahddd. I'm falling more in love with it everytime I read it. Harhar!

Then my sister and I went to mass at around 645. The priest was utterly boring. I think I fell asleep during the homily, for about 5 minutes. That was really the first time I fell asleep on a homily. Maybe I was tired from all that walking, or he really is boring.

Boring boring boring.

After-Post:

Yeyy!! I cleaned up my table! Or rather, arranged the junk, not really getting rid of junk :)) You can just imagine how bored I am, resorting to cleaning my table.

BTW, I have a few gadgets that are gathering dust. Maybe you wanna buy them lolss

1. Creative WebCam - the one I won during the University's Foundation Day, or whatever it was called. Barely used. Includes a CD installer, guide book, the box, everything.
2. Nokia Wireless Headset - the one I won on Nokia's Nokia 6260 online contest. Barely barely used. Note, this was a South East Asian contest, and I was one of the 5 (or 10) that won a wireless headset. Includes a CD installer, the booklet, the box, everything.
3. Portable USB Keyboard - the one I won during 77's seminar-talk thinggy. Jhaphet, since you have a job already, maybe you wanna buy this :) NOT USED! Includes the booklet thinggy and the box.
4. Sony Optical Mouse - no, I didn't win this on any contest. Hehehe. This is the one that Jed found in Gox Lobby. I'm not using it. Jed, I'll return it to you when we see each other (although tell me in advance so I can bring it, lols) No booklet thinggy, no box. Hehehe.

There. Whew. There were a lot of papers, cds, and whatevers on my table.
